If the only posts you can see right now are this one, and “Hello, and Welcome to all the Freaks” (and any PUBLIC Guides and Resources) then it means you have not correctly joined the freaks group as described in Hello, and Welcome to all the Freaks!
This can happen if you try to join the group without having an account, and the solution to it is just to join the group again, or leave and join the group.
Otherwise, it means that you have not read all the rules and you are struggling to make your account because of it. Go back, and read the welcome and rules post I linked above. It tells you everything you need to know about using the site, as well as how to join and get started.
